This Privacy Policy explains how CardNewsOne ("we," "us"), a Chasing Majors publication, handles information when you use cardnewsone.com (the "Site").
1. The short version
CardNewsOne has no user accounts and does not ask you to create one. We do not sell your personal information. Your saved stories and preferences stay in your own browser. The main privacy consideration on the Site comes from optional third-party widgets (X and TikTok) that you choose to load.
2. Information stored in your browser (local storage)
When you save a story or follow a topic or account, those choices are stored in your browser's local storage on your device. This information:
- stays on your device and is not transmitted to or stored by us;
- is not synced across your devices;
- can be removed at any time by clearing your browser data.
3. Information processed automatically by our providers
Like most websites, our hosting and content-delivery providers (including Cloudflare and the ChatGPT Sites platform that serves the Site) may process standard technical data such as IP address, device/browser type, and request logs for security, delivery, and abuse prevention. 4. Analytics

5. Third-party content and widgets
CardNewsOne aggregates headlines and links from third-party sources and opens original articles, videos, and discussions on their own websites in a new tab. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we don't control.
Some features load optional third-party widgets only when you choose to open them:
- X (Twitter) and TikTok profile widgets load scripts and content from those providers when you open a featured account's widget. When loaded, these providers may set their own cookies and collect data under their privacy policies. If you don't open these widgets, their scripts are not loaded.
- YouTube and Reddit content is shown as links and opens on those platforms.
We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of X, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, and any publisher you visit.
6. Cookies
CardNewsOne does not set its own tracking cookies. Third-party widgets you choose to load (Section 5) and our hosting/CDN providers may set cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
7. Children
The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Your choices and regional rights
Because we don't collect personal information through accounts, most control rests with you: clear your browser data to remove saved items, and decline to load third-party widgets. Depending on where you live (for example, the EU/UK or California), you may have rights regarding data processed by our providers or the third-party widgets.
